Kanye Orders Kim Kardashian To Give Away 100 Shoes, Calls Them Ghetto

Honestly, I had my share of misgivings about the relationship between these two, “KimYe”. I try to avoid talking gossip about celebrities as much as possible, unless it is absolutely newsworthy. That even if happens to an ordinary person, it would still be a relevant piece of information. The reason I am going to post this is that this is a common occurrence in many relationships. Where one party starts dating another and then becomes manipulative and controlling, to the point of ruling their life and what is more, the other party is completely submissive and revels in the character they are asked to play. Smh. I always said that Kim was probably into S&M and thus needed someone to be her master and help feed her masochistic tendencies. There is no other reason.

First of all, it started with Kim wearing muted and nude colors out to events than usual when she just started dating Kanye West, I had my suspicions and I was sure it wasn’t entirely Kim’s decision. Then they started with matching contrast colors. He would wear black and she white, or vice versa. I find it nauseating that a beautiful and stylish young woman like Kim would have such low self-esteem as to allow this happen to her. I have lost even the miniscule respect for her, for quite clearly, she has no sense of self and absolutely devoid of any depth of character and identity. But why am I surprised? Someone who became famous just because she released a sex tape where she was just lying down and contributing nothing that showed that it was an enjoyable act. Then subsequently thrust in our faces on E! by starting a reality show of her fully delusional and dysfunctional family. It is  a pity that people like that would be role models for the younger generation. 

Not to say that it is all bad though, she is a shrewd business woman and has managed to make a success out of selling her image as a brand. She is a fashion icon and has contributed immensely to making a lot more women become more comfortable with their bigger backsides, and actually go from feeling thick and overweight to sexy and confident. Like predecessors Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez before her. So why she would allow herself, a successful stylist for others be told by Kanye that her clothes and style isn’t good enough. But with this development, she has sunk even lower than i envisaged. Therefore, to me, Kim is just a more beautiful, richer snooki and a fame hungry monster like a million other sick people these days.

Back to the subject matter, as I said, I had my suspicions that Kanye was influencing Kim’s dressing, now I have proof: West convinces his reality star lady-love to get rid of her entire closet in favor of a Kanye-approved wardrobe. “You’re getting on best dressed lists now. You’re stepping into this territory. You look amazing — it’s a new Kim!” he says in this week’s ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Huh?! Who made Kanye judge? he doesn’t even dress that good in my opinion. But guess what, she isn’t sad about it: Kanye and I started our day off in NYC running errands. I just flew in from LA so I had on my new leather Celine sweats,” she blogged on Aug. 15. I know some of you didn’t like them. I saw from the Instagram comments… but I liked them! They were so comfy, too!! Xo” 

Clothes aren’t the only thing West is changing about the 31-year-old mogul. The rapper and fashion designer also asked Kardashian to ditch the hair extensions and heavy makeup.

“He doesn’t like the hair extensions, he thinks she is beautiful without them. Kim’s natural hair is past her shoulders, and Kanye has told Kim she is a natural beauty and doesn’t need to do anything to alter her looks,” a source close to her shared with the media. ”Kim is following his advice, and as the cameras are still filming ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’, viewers will see a much different looking Kim this fall on the show.”

He made her give away 100 shoes because he thought they were ghetto. And these were the kind of shoe collection that would make even Sex and the City’s Carrie Bradshaw jealous. Nearly 100 pairs of designer shoes, with a  colour to match any outfit. But Kim Kardashian donated every single pair  to charity, after Kanye West dismissed her huge closet as ‘ghetto’. The rapper went through Kim’s huge collection  of shoes, and clothes, with a stylist in scenes broadcast on Keeping Up With The  Kardashians. She sorted through her clothes and gave up new ones and some she had worn just once.

Even a fur-lined Louis Vuitton bag, which Kim  admitted sheepishly that she was keeping for any future daughter to inherit, was  consigned to the reject pile. Shouldn’t I just keep this for, like, my  daughter one day?’ she asked West. Embarrassingly, he failed to appreciate her hints  that they might one day have a family, instead remaining pointedly silent.

And despite her boyfriend taking over her closet, Kim claimed that he had ‘inspired me to be a little bit more of an  individual’.

One person who wasn’t impressed was Kim’s  sister, Khloe. She was furious, pointing out that since she and  Kim shared the same taste did it mean she wasn’t good enough too? When she asked Kim why she suddenly thought all the shoes and clothes they bought together suddenly wasn’t good enough, Kim replied that the shoes had been labelled ‘ghetto’ by Kanye, Khloe was outraged.

Looking at the bright side anyways, Kanye didn’t leave his girlfriend without clothes to wear, bringing with him a whole rail of replacement  threads. (Yaaay, who wouldn’t want that?) ‘Look how dope this s**t is,’ he said, as he  perused through Kim’s new stack of clothes. Kim, 31, then tried on a cleavage-baring  green dress, with Kanye being very pleased with the results.

‘[You're] getting on best dressed lists now,’  he raves.  ‘You’re stepping into this territory. You look amazing – it’s a  new Kim!’  At least the clothes won’t be going to waste.  Kim tweeted: ’The clothes I got rid of will be up on EBay next month for a  charity auction! Going to Life Change Community Church.’
While I completely agree that the Kardashian poster child needed to tone down her look, but doing it for a boyfriend? That’s bad news. Sounds like West really is trying to create his own “Perfect B*tch.”
